As every year, we are pleased to host those arriving from around the world and to provide full accommodations with maximum comfort.
Accommodations will open on Sunday, 19 Menachem Av 5786 (August 2, 2026) in the early morning hours, and continue until Tuesday, 21 Menachem Av 5786 (August 4, 2026) in the early morning hours.
Central Farbrengen
The central farbrengen will take place on Monday night, following the Yom Hahilula on 20 Menachem Av, in the spacious and elegant hall of the Rixos Hotel. The farbrengen will be led by prominent Rabbonim, mashpi’im, and shluchim.
The Main Event
On Monday, 20 Menachem Av—the Yom Hahilula, after Shacharis in the tents adjacent to the tziyun, the main gathering will take place in and around the holy Ohel of the Baal Hahilula. The program will include niggunim, recitation of Maaneh Lashon and Tehillim, and the reading of a pan klali.
Alma-Ata Travel Arrangements
Flight tickets can be purchased through any travel agent or appropriate booking websites.
Please ensure that both legs of the journey are booked: a flight from your point of departure to a connecting airport, and a connecting flight to Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan (Almaty International Airport).
Be sure to verify in advance whether you require a visa for entry to Kazakhstan. This depends on your passport or citizenship (some passports do not require a visa).
The Schedule
From the moment you land until your return flight, we’ll take care of all your physical needs so you can focus on the spiritual side— learning, davening, farbrengens, and inspiration.
The organizing committee will provide:
Transportation to and from the airport
Meals throughout the day in the hotel’s luxurious dining room
Transportation between the hotel and the cemetery
במהלך שני הימים י"ט-כ' מנחם אב הציון הק' יהיה פתוח לתפילה ולאמירת תהלים, לכתיבת ולקריאת פ"נ, כולל כיבוד קל ושתיה חמה וקרה במאהל סמוך. הסעות ייצאו בכל שעה עגולה מפתח בית המלון לנוחות קהל האורחים.
בעת ההגעה תקבל תוכנייה מסודרת של שיעורי לימוד, מנייני תפילה, התוועדויות, כולל מפה
למוקדי ענין מרכזיים: מקוה טהרה, בית כנסת, בית חב"ד, בית המלון, בית החיים, ועוד.
